By accessing or using PHIPAGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
PHIPAGuard provides a PHIPA compliance management platform for Ontario healthcare clinics, including security scanning, incident management, policy tracking, staff training monitoring, and AI-assisted compliance guidance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
PHIPAGuard is offered on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
PHIPAGuard provides compliance tools and guidance but does not constitute legal advice. For specific legal questions about PHIPA obligations, consult a qualified healthcare lawyer or privacy officer.
PHIPAGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
